Effective October 3, 2026. These terms apply to purchases from Feluvira at feluvira.com. By placing an order, you agree to the terms shown at checkout and to the policies linked below.

Products and use

Feluvira sells dietary supplements. Read the product label, ingredients, directions, and warnings before use. Product information is for general information and is not a substitute for advice from a qualified health professional. If you are pregnant, nursing, taking medication, or have a medical condition, consult a qualified professional before using a supplement. Do not use a product if you are allergic to its ingredients.

Orders and payment

Prices are in US dollars. Any applicable shipping charges and taxes are shown at checkout before you place your order. You are responsible for providing accurate contact, payment, and delivery information. We may contact you if an order cannot be accepted or fulfilled; any payment for an order we cancel will be returned through the original payment method.

Subscriptions

If you choose a subscription, the price, billing frequency, and renewal details are shown before checkout. Your payment method will be charged for each renewal until canceled. To stop future renewals, contact feluvira@gmail.com before your next billing date. Cancellation stops future charges and shipments; an order already processed is handled under our refund policy.

Shipping, returns, and problems with an order

We currently ship within the United States. Processing and transit estimates, shipping charges, and tracking information are explained in our shipping policy. Magenelle orders placed on or after October 28, 2026 qualify for the 30-day unopened-bottle money-back guarantee described in our refund policy; shipping charges are excluded. Earlier orders retain their original return terms. If an order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, contact us within 14 days of delivery with your order number and photos, as explained in our refund policy. Nothing in these terms limits rights that cannot be excluded under applicable law.

Website and third parties

Please use the website lawfully and do not interfere with its operation or misuse its content. Feluvira is powered by Shopify, but purchases from this store are made with Feluvira. Payment, subscription, and fulfillment services may be provided by third parties. Our privacy policy explains how personal information is handled.

Changes and contact

We may update these terms by posting a revised version on this page. The terms in effect when you place an order apply to that order, unless a change is required by law.
